Training for supervisors who are supporting poor performers, including the legal basis for documenting employee performance, will be offered on 2 different dates and times (October 25 from 8:30-11:30 in the New Bridge Training Room and October 26 from 1-4 pm in the Community Room at Central Office). Appropriate forms of documentation will be shared, including internal memos, letters of reprimand, post observation conference reports, and PQR Evaluations. Additionally, Structured Growth and Intensive Support Plans will be examined. Throughout the session, various styles of supervision will be considered, with specific focus on the lower end of the trajectory: direct-informational and directive. Participants should plan to bring individuals cases to discuss with HR personnel. REGISTRATION IS VIA ERO, USING SRN# 20102910601 (for October 25 session) and SRN#20102910602 (for October 26 session).
