  • Jan. 6, 2012 – all lessons must be submitted to the site
  • Jan 20, 2012- Schools decide winners- ITRTs tag
  • Feb 15, 2012 – district review team meets to decide winners
  • Feb 22, 2012 – award winners are notified via email
  • March 28, 2012 – Henrico 21 Awards Ceremony

6. Lesson focus is on shorter, less than 150 minute lessons (single TIP category)

  • spring only (annually from here on out)
  • same configuration 6 & 6, everyone knows (same model as the Spring 2011 site-visit)
  • ITRT will work with 6 teachers throughout the year
  • timeline- late February through early March- avoiding writing tests
  • 1 day process
  • Share data with you and team during the last block of the site-observation day
  • Entire spreadsheet with data graphs and scores by teacher.
  • Share scores and comments for teachers with teachers in a meeting after school aurally.
  • Export scores and comments for the teachers and send to ITRTs for further conversation
