- Jan 20, 2012- Schools decide winners- ITRTs tag

- Feb 22, 2012 – award winners are notified via email
- March 28, 2012 – Henrico 21 Awards Ceremony
6. Lesson focus is on shorter, less than 150 minute lessons (single TIP category)

- timeline- late February through early March- avoiding writing tests

- Share data with you and team during the last block of the site-observation day
- Entire spreadsheet with data graphs and scores by teacher.
- Share scores and comments for teachers with teachers in a meeting after school aurally.
- Export scores and comments for the teachers and send to ITRTs for further conversation
