Collaboration
A Compelling Idea:
People aren’t born knowing how to collaborate; effective collaboration requires complex skills that can be learned (and therefore can be taught).
How We Will Do This Work:
As teachers begin to deeply explore collaboration as an instructional practice, we believe they need to work directly with other professionals, communicating and collaboration to help each other gain greater understanding and acquire different skills. In a very real sense, we will be collaborating on how to promote and facilitate effective collaboration among our students within our schools.
