Welcome message to the facilitators. This can be a standard message about study groups/PLCs. It should be crafted with the administration to communicate the school goals. Additional posts/announcements can be created in this area by the administrators or staff development.

  1. Click on the Online Summary tab in the banner.
  2. Enter the requested information. Please complete all fields.
  3. To include an electronic file with your summary, enter a file name under Upload a Document. Select the browse button and navigate to the file on your computer.
  4. Place a check in the box under Email confirmation.
  5. Select the submit button.

Tips:

  • Verify your email address is typed correctly.
  • Use the Calendar feature to the right of the date field.
  • Some fields are required and must be completed in order to submit summary.
  • When you submit, an email with details of the summary will be sent to the email address listed at the top of the form and the study group/PLC implementation leader.
